What are the possibilities and challenges of creating or adapting dance for smaller scale or rural contexts?
What are the key differences the Rural Touring Dance Initiative is making to artists, audiences and venues?
How might we develop new funding support for rural touring models?
Panelists include: Ben Duke (Artistic Director, Lost Dog), Carrie Whittaker (Co-Founder, Lîla Dance), Claire Marshall (Project Manager, Carn to Cove, Cornwall) Claire Smith (Project Manager, RTDI), Ginnie Wollaston (Independent Producer working with Shane Shambhu and Subhash Viman), Ian Scott (Former Executive Director, Artsreach, Dorset).
